New Year's, 5, 10 and, 25 year class reunions, wedding dates, birthdays, and swim suit time. All of these dates are significant times in our lives when we set weight loss and fitness goals for ourselves. We start out strong, but shortly afterwards we come to the realization, we did not meet our goals, we give up too quickly, or these goals were put on the back-burner to something we make more important than our health. Should we wait for our family doctor to prescribe us an exercise program, which consist of three to four times a week workouts for the rest our lives?
